I notice with the zombie walk once it does the base walk and gets to the loop to continue. It appears as something is off and the feet slide or slip. How would you fix that based upon this setup you showed?

anyone one who is also lazy, you could download the animation to stay in one play. Copy and paste keyframes till desired frame range. To move model parent model to empty pplain axeis. Controllable aswell.

Thanks for the tutorial, but I have an issue: The armature slowly goes lower and lower on the Z axis each time the animation loops. How do I fix that?

I think you can isolate the z axis in your graph editor, and figure out the problem, you could delete the keframe and then put it back in? although i'm not 100% sure, i would try to do that though.

thanks so much for this tutorial. Do you think you can help me with my problem? I rigged my avatar in Mixamo and dressed it in CLO3D (3D fashion tool), then I exported everything as FBX and Alembic and Imported it into Blender. I followed several tutorials to get there and finally it worked and the animation is running and the garments are moving as well. Now I want to create a loop with this but I am not able to do this as the animation is not shown as an animation (or armature), it is just a simple object. So it is not shown in the graph editor, where I want to add the cycle/loop. Can you help me? 🙂 thanks!

I need your help. I imported a little boy (red baseball cap Timmy / Start Walking) and followed step by step. When I get to the Armature and select the Mixamo hips everything disappears. Also when I go back a step to click the wrench for Z location the Blue drops and then the character walks and slides. Can you use this character with start walking to do a tutorial. it's above above the key frames in the graph editor. You need to hold the middle mouse button and scroll out and up to find them. Or go to View > Frame all.
