Tusen takk! Jeg hadde versjonen Altera og dette hjalp ikke, men versjonen intelFPGA fungerte rett-ut-av-esken. Og jeg fikk en mulighet til å trene norsk :)

Can you show how to edit the script manually because we don't all have the same directory as you so the commands don't work

Check out the OUTPUT FROM THE DIFF BETWEEN ‘VCO’ AND ‘VCO_ORIGINAL’ section in my blog post: vhdlwhiz.com/modelsim-quartus-prime-lite-ubuntu-20-04/ It shows a diff view of the original script and the altered one. You can use that information to manually change the script.

Whenever I click on download option, I a redirected to the Signup page of Intel! Can you help me! As I am unable to go any further from there

When you are on that page, select "Register now for an individual account" and go through with that. Then, after activating your free account, click the download link once again to get the program.

I don't know exactly what's wrong, but it does look like there's a problem with the VHDL code rather than with the software. Maybe someone with a better knowledge of Quartus II can help.

@@KidzGraca Try to ask in the Intel FPGA Community forum community.intel.com/t5/FPGAs-and-Programmable-Solutions/ct-p/fpgas-programmable-devices Or you can use ModelSim independently from Quartus II. Just start it from the "vsim" executable rather than through Quartus. That's why I always do. Then you can create a generic VHDL testbench for you module.

Would Quartus Lite also work with these fixes or do I need to follow a different tutorial? (Ubuntu 20.04)
