Desiree Delgado Hola , yo creo que tu opinión no suena materialista para nada. El asunto es que la sociedad y a veces los mismos artistas tienen muy metida en la cabeza la idea de que el dinero demerita al arte. Que se debe hacer x o y por amor al arte y así por el estilo. Cuando bien puede ser un trabajo tan o más entregado incluso que los trabajos convencionales. Así que si se puede, a ganar dinero haciendo algo creativo que amas!

Hi Fran, I'm here to tell you that I've watched this video multiple times. Never stop talking about this stuff. This stuff is definitely not boring. I studied animation, but I also want to use illustration as an income source because at the moment it's faster for me to produce a drawing than it is to produce an animation. I just finished film school and they don't teach the practicalities of making money with your skills at the school that I went to. I've just found out about you like a couple of weeks ago, and while I love all your other videos and illustrations this must be one of my favourite video. I want to start my freelance career - in graphic design but kind of the same thing really- but what's holding me back is my full time job. I mean I know I have to be more present on social media, make more post, more illustrations and whatnot, but I'm finding it really hard while working 40 hours a week on a job I hate. Yes! The multiple incomes! I work as a freelance graphic designer/caricature artist/illustrator! I usually juggle two at the same time. I'm struggling with the social media presence and consistency but I'm trucking along lol. Thank you for the solid advice!

Fran me encanta verte dibujar, o salir fuera contigo, pero también adoro estos vídeos informativos porque no todo el mundo (que se dedica a esto) se toma el tiempo de explicarte de una forma sencilla como ganarte la vida como ilustrador, (y que también sirve como ejemplo para otros campos/trabajos).
