I purchased the Gen 1 Crossfire in January 2019; I had trouble understanding what I needed to do so it set until about 3 weeks ago, I upgraded to Gen 2/xl table and downloaded Inkscape. Thank you for your videos, I now feel I can use the equipment using your advice.

Awesome, been working on getting better at using my Crossfire Pro. Kinda had to step back a bit, being the old dog I am in figuring out the works of it all. I'm using fusion 360 and I really don't have it down yet, have made a few items using it, and figured I could see what else there is out there to try since I'm doing sheet metal and all, this sounds and looks interesting,.....you gave positive encouragement. post an ad a day on fb. in several marketplace groups. It lets you post in 20 groups for each ad. Use a different photo for each listing. Word each ad a little differently. Add contact me for more details at the end of the ads. You will get sales ;). Let me know how it goes for you!

I make mine out of 16 Gauge or 14 gauge ... 16 is fine though, Some people request thicker steel. I do powder coat mine as well. I have a 10x10x10 foot powder coat oven that I built myself after saving up some money that I made with my table. Powder coating is GREAT! The video is kind of based on doing it the simplest way possible. For those just starting out. My powder coat oven is so large because I now make flatbeds for pickup truck and need it that large for those. Thank you for commenting. I hope to see you in the future back on the channel.

Thanks, great video! What gauge do you typically use for a monogram? I just tried 16gauge and it turn out nice. For a 4’x8’ sheet of 16 gauge here in Canada it’s $120. I thought I heard you mention you paid $35 USD for a sheet? Thanks

I think the monogram itself is Times New Roman. When I use that same font, in bold, for the text it looks really good.

IMHO, ask yourself how many you plan on making? If it's just this one, and It'll set it in the garage collecting what ever then probably not. Make cardboard patterns, and any fab shop can make it. But if you've got grinding dust in your veins by all means, buy one! You become more professional and productive Enjoy you'll be glad u did!
