Airbnb is good only if you're getting 5 star reviews..if someone is not in good mood..or disappointed with the service and leaves a 1* review by chance then you're done. It will take lot of 5* reviews to average it out. No one is going to trust you. And the 30k$ which you have invested will be just waste of money & time. Renting is better option I guess. Less work..less money but consistent cashflow. Don't have to worry in winters.

There are so many on Airbnb that are good. Just go with the reviews. It’s hard to shortlist at any point in time as the inventory keeps churning… but if you spend 2 hours on it yourself, you will be able to book 👍
