another thing is drafting. if you know your way around CADD literally any business will want you, especially considering how few draftsmen are nowadays. anything from movie sets, costume design, expo setups, meeting setups, electronics, architecture, toys, vehicles, spacecraft, military equipment, etc. anything that is made is first designed by a draftsman. I can see a LOT of potential for freelance work in this field

ive been doing facebook/insta ads for about 8 months now. i run a shopify store and all my products have been profitable in the first week of sales. so while im not an expert i feel im pretty well versed with social media ads. ive been trying to market this skill to local small businesses that i feel really could benefit from managed social media ads. i guess im lacking a trust factor but im having businesses that dont even want to invest $50 into advertising. its kind of shocking actually and i really dont understand it. they would rather post in random buy/sell groups instead of investing a little bit into targeted ads.

I was about to apply to a second job in retail, but honestly, I think what most people suffer from is lack of confidence in skill. I say, if you are going to go into the creative arts, go to Amazon, and do a search on graphic design books, then order them from the library and dedicate 20 hours a week for a month and study, to get a feel for what is out there. I think this is a better plan than going into retail or Uber.

Many of us work at companies, and I think one of the easiest ways to increase income is by applying to another location. If you have been at the same spot for a few years, you can easily get a 25% raise just by moving around. You get to change things up, and make more money. And then with the *minority* *mindset* , you would use the extra money to invest, which will start to multiply your returns. Best of luck everyone =)

Hey Jaspreet, I grew up seeing "multi level marketing", "network marketing", or "pyramid marketing", as bad. I am learning a lot of financial intelligence from your channel, and other similar channels. I came across the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and I watched a video based on one of his books where he breaks up how people generate income into 4 quadrants. He went on to say that it is good to get into network marketing in order to learn how a business runs. He also said to do research on how successful that network marketing company is at generating revenue, and how effective their system works. This video is misleading. I've registered for fiver and Upwork for a year as a writer and not made a single dime. It's not as easy as it's made out to be. Personally, I have got work based on contacts, but that's not a substitute for my job. Don't blindly listen to this video.

It can be, but it's still a good place to start. And as you get better at what you are doing you can increase your rates. I know quite a few people IRL who are making quite a good living off of their freelancing on Fiverr and on Upwork because they have done so. There will always be clients who look for the cheap option, but you don't market yourself to them and you distinguish yourself through your work.
