I just finished making the Mulan Breakfast Congee and I did adjust the recipe flavoring because, I was not a huge fan of the ginger. Instead, I made a cinnamon coconut congee that is delicious! I used 2 cups water, 2 cups coconut milk, 1/2 cup of jasmine rice, 1 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice and a half cup of sugar the jußt followed the recipe cooking directions as listed in the original recipe. So delicious and not overly sweet at all! Thanks for bringing breakfast to a whole new level Ashley & Jimmy!

Mulan has always been my favorite Disneymovie! Also we eat rice porridge in Sweden too but mostly during December because that's what Santa eats. But we boil it with milk, sugar and cinnamon. You can also add some jam to it.
