Yes mom is back for another round of cooking! So awesome! I know you are enjoying every moment of this. Parents cooking is always the best! :) I like how you joined in to help the dish along! This is a big helping, must be for a large family! Cooking on low heat will really make that mutton soft. I've never heard of Shatkora, very interesting. Lol, love the bloopers, you also called them lamb chops at the end too. Reminds me of bloopers I do when filming too. We all go through it! Congrats on surpassing 1K subs! Always enjoy watching your videos! Cheers!

Wow..good to see another one of your cooking shows, from your mum's kitchen..a very interesting dish using LIME slices in a mutton/lamb dish..never tasted that before in South Africa. It almost taste like a achaar/Pickle relish in it, such awesome flavours coming out of that dish..yum yum..by the way your mum's kitchen is so clean and organised! She is some kitchen goddess 😉👌👌

I had this last night from my local takeaway- I’ve been having it on and off for the last few years and it’s definitely my favourite curry - the shatkora is very bitter but just what is needed to cut through the oily sauce and meat. Love it! I wish takeaways would use bone-in mutton or goat like in this recipe instead of lamb for something more authentic! Thanks for showing this I’m going to have to give it a try although I have no idea where to buy the shatkora! :)

Hi you are absolutely right on the bone meat is much nicer especially Mutton, but unfortunately not everyone likes it thats y Indian restaurants don't do it. Regarding the shatkora you can find it in any Bangladeshi store near you, or you can order the shatkora pickle online and use that. It won't be as good as the fresh one but is the next best thing 🙂 thank you
