@@LatifsInspired MashAllah that's good But I also think on the Menu Bangladeshi Dishes should be a subheading. In some thai places I went they have chinese dishes on the menu, like list of chinese dishes available. And not all mixed. I think we can definitely have a list of Bangladeshi home-cooked dishes with a slight twist off the bone chicken bhuna with maybe using little yogurt/cream. Little fusion twist. And bring out some of the popular home cook food we have in the house BDeshi style, not BIR style. If I open a restaurant I'll definitely have 'Bangladeshi Dishes' as title on the menu

Fantastic!! I can smell it in my imagination and I am literally salivating 🤤 Thank you Aunty!!! 🙏🌹 You know the difference between a modern day chef and an old school chef? The modern chef dumps the onions in the pan and has no awareness of the bits of onions still stuck to the plate, where the old school chef takes the best spatula ever created and scrapes every last tiny bit from the plate into the pan. 😋 Stay safe and keep on cooking 💜

Latif salaam I’m just a new addition to your ever growing following and delighted I’ve discovered your amazing recipes. As an Indian born Brit from Geordieland I’ve had my mother introduce me to Indian cuisine from an early age. However we could never get close to BIR taste, but thanks to you I’ve now mastered this living in Thailand where we’ve a fantastic Sikh shop providing all the necessary spices required for your fantastic recipes. We even get fresh curry leaves which I rarely see you use, so if you’ve recipes where they could be added please kindly advise. In the meantime I’m trying this beef dish tonight after enjoying the sag paneer last night. Good luck this year and wishing you more success prosperity and of course god health in these difficult times.

I have now watched the video again and typed out instructions. Followup question Latif, I have struggled to replenish my stock of green cardamon pods in recent weeks. I took a gamble and bought the green cardamon powder as a substitute. One benefit might be that we don't bite into a pod but the question I have for you is how much of the powder to use instead of say for example 4 pods? Thanks
@JazzieN4 жыл бұрын
Maybe just use the seeds and not the pod, or bash them and put them in a cloth, like a tea bag so its easy to fish out :-)
