My dad doesn’t like Buffalo sauce on his wings so this is clutch for me and MNF. The double fry method is where it’s at (family used to own a restaurant). I also like dry my wings over night to make them crisper. Naked is the only way to go. Thanks big homie.

Use mustard then seasoning. Deep fry hard 350° for 10 - 12 minutes. Best ever!!!!

It means to fry at a higher temperature for a couple of minutes. It helps make the chicken crispier.

For whole wings, 8-10 minutes for the first fry. The second fry is about the same 4-5 minutes.
