Notes 📝
- You can skip the Batter part as it’s not needed. Just be careful with your oil temperature.
- Frying varies from 5-9 Mins Depending on how old or new your oil is.
- Just Fry until Golden Brown, then remove to let it rest. It will continue to cook.
- For the the egg part of the recipe. Just use the yolk only.
- The Rice at Room Temperature is key! Or else the Rice will mushy or will fall apart.

-Frozen Grated of Shredded Coconut 🥥
-Sliced Pork Skin (Optional)
-Fermented Pickled Pork (Nam Sausage) or your choice of Ground Meat.
-Finely Minced Kaffir Lime Leaves (hard to find, optional)
-Chopped Green Onions
-Chopped Cilantro’s
-Crushed Peanuts 🥜
-Dried Roasted Chili 🌶 (Optional)
-Sliced Lime
-Mint Leaves
-Thinly Sliced Ginger
- Fish Sauce
- Red Curry Paste
- Egg Yolk (For Binding) 🥚
- Chicken Bouillon
- Paprika (Optional, for Color)
- Frying Cooking Oil
