I made this recipe using an apple cider vinegar and it worked great. I definitely prefer the lemon juice though because the apple cider vinegar left alot more of the vinegar flavor in the cheese. Happy cheesemaking 😊

Thanks for this tutorial. Ive made mozzarella with citric acid before but can't get a good stretch. This recipe is super stretchy. Love it!!

Same here! I was never very impressed by my mozzarella using citric acid but this recipe is my go to.

I recently found your channel. I am new to cheese making. Do you stir for 15min with the heat on or without?

Hey ☺️ I'm glad you found me! So after you add the rennet you let it stand for 15 minutes without stirring and with the heat off to form the curd. Then after the curds are cut and you stir for 15 minutes without the heat on. Hope that helps
