Happy to know that the nettle which used to be poor vegetable diet in the Himalayan Nepal, Sikkim,Darjeeling and Bhutan among Nepalese in the Past now in the house of European .Thanks for recognizing. This is more valuable , more nutritious, rich in vitamins for contoling Blood sugar, Blood Pressure and Constipation.

Other vid makers say you shouldn't eat the lower leaves just the top two rows because of crystals in the older leaves harm the urinary tract, tho' your grinding the chemicals should still be there.

It's just one nettle. I use gloves if I pick lots. Nothing wrong with an occasional sting.

There is nettle powder alright, but there is no such thing as nettle sugar. If you mix nettle powder with sugar powder, you get nettle and sugar powder mixture.
