Recipe ingredients below: Raw slab sugar 360g Water 360ml Ginger 2-3 slices (25-30g) Glutinous flour 480g Wheat starch 60g Tapioca flour 30g Rice flour 30g Coconut milk 285g Method: 1. Boiled the slab sugar and water in medium heat; 2. Mix all flour together and set aside; 3. Heat the sugar water to temperature around 80 degree; 4. Take out sugar water about 660ml; 5. Use stand mixer to mix the flours and water sugar until incorporated and smooth; 6. Sift the batter and steam for 30mins or 60mins (depending on sizes); Happy baking all 😍
