correct, but there is no big sense to make best SEO for deal products pages and promote this pages. Of course, you can make your own content for them, but in most cases, you will just copy few lines of text for such pages. And in the same time, incoming points for SEO will be your regular posts and reviews which are described in end of video, these pages must have unique content.

EI plugin has 7 deep links. But you can ask author of plugin to add more. To be true, I don't recommend using many affiliate programs at once.

No, because it's not clear which Amazon link it must place for each button. Amazon have no any connections to other sites so it's not possible to detect links. But you can do this trick via Elementr Fill module. In video I explained how to do this to adding extra content like videos, but you can do the same for Offers and assign Amazon offers to product. Please, note, that you must have Amazon API access for this
