I used the frying method and This method allows all the flavors to sink into every grain of the rice.
Fried Rice Ingredients:
* Onions (chopped)
* 13 Cups of Basmati Rice (1/2 cup size)
* Thyme
* 700ml Meat/ Chicken stock
* Bell Peppers
* Mixed veggies (Green peas + Carrots + Sweet corn)
* Nutmeg
*2 paste of tomatoes
* Bay leaves
