Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 250g cold margarine
- 1 cold egg + 1 more for glazing
- 4 cups minced meat
- 2 cups diced irish potatoes
1 cup diced carrots
- 1 onion bulb
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers
- 2 seasoning cubes
1/2 table spoon curry powder
1/4 tablespoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
