How to make Nigerian MeatPie at home with or without Oven

INGREDIENTS
⭕️INGREDIENTS FOR MEATPIE
Pie dough
*500 grams all purpose flour (4 cups
*1/2 Tspn salt
*1/2 Tspn Baking powder
*250 grams margarine (1 satchet)
*3 Eggs (use 1 for Egg wash)
*1-2 Tbspn Sugar
*3-4 Tbspn cold water
♦️PIE FILLING
*1 kilo ground beef /minced beef
*2-3 small size potato (diced)
*2 medium carrot diced
*1 small size onion (diced)
*½ teaspoon Curry
*½ teaspoon Thyme
*1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
*2-3 Tbspn Vegetable oil
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1 seasoning cube Bouillon cube
*1-2 tablespoons flour
*1/2 cup water
♦️Egg wash
1 medium egg
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.

I ate meat pie at one particular restaurant and I fell in love with it, OMG. I've never liked any flour snack or meat pie for that matter. I went to the same restaurant to get the meat pie again cos I've been craving it but they don't have and I noticed that the chef has been replaced. So here I am trying to recreate the meat pie and I needed some help with putting things together so thank you so much for this video. Especially the part of how I can bake without oven. I'm about to go and try it out with your recipe and some other tips I figured out from the other meat pie I tasted. May God help me on this quest. 😂😂 I'll be back with my testimony in Jesus name.
