How to make No-Sew Gnome Hats! Fun and Simple! 🧙🏻 🧙🏻 🧙🏻

This tutorial will show you how to make darling hats for your gnomes. These are easy and simple because they do not require any sewing! Once you have these styles down, you can make them by the dozens using the same basic body forms. Each one can be customized to fit whatever holiday, style, or character you would like to make. Seeing you use hot glue and knowing how easy a person can burn themselves...I started using a little paint brush from my mod podge that has bristles that are a little stiff. I made my first one today using your template and I am very pleased with it, however I seemed to have a lot of brim left over once I got back to the starting point of fixing it on, I had to trim off about 3 inches, thanks for sharing

I have tried to print the templates of your tutorials, such as shoes, hats, angel wings, and for some reason I cannot do it or they come out miniature or very large that take up many pages and cannot be cut. What am I doing wrong? I think that if you give the measurements that the templates have, they can be done or I can personally do them. Sometimes u may see a chk mark Print as shown. letter size. Using a PC Printer. Harder to do on phome.

Hi Jeri! The template I made is approximately 4" in diameter for the brim. The top of the hat is approximately 7" high. Hopefully that will give you a reference to scale yours up!

Thanks for watching! You can try cutting more off the bottom of the cone, that will make it shorter, but it will also make it smaller to better match the brim.

I used the pattern for this brimmed hat and the center opening for the brim was way too large :( wasted an entire sheet of felt because it didn't fit the actual hat part :(
