In Thailand we use Panda juice and coconut milk, it's really tasty.

It's like a traditional cake in Borneo but the recipe is different. Here we use coconut milk mix with pandan juice & sugar no eggs. We fry them in shallow oil just like this but we poke it in the middle as we use small sharpened wooden stick to get it out of the work. The taste is very sweet & rich. My late grand ma used to make it for family gathering. But she's gone now & unfortunately none of her grandchildren knows how to make it

U try this recipe is more taste. I make for my friends in malaysia and they love it. Coz Cambodia recipes more taste. In Borneo and Malaysia I think they call *kuih jawa * right?

This snack is easily found in Southeast Asia... I think we have same authentic recipe to make this... In Indonesia it calls "Cucur/Kue Cucur".... I also found this in Thailand, Malaysia, and Brunei...😃 We are family.
Bom Jak Chol is my favorite cake. I love to eat. Now, I know how to make it.

That egg was from a chicken that ate things other than a single grain its entire life. Most Americans wouldn't notice that the color of an egg yolk should not be pale yellow. Living in a semi-rural region, we get so many eggs from neighbors who raise hens. The difference in flavor is striking especially in baked goods.
In sarawak Malaysia we called kuih Penyaram@ cucur jawa

Très bien bon explique très beau votre gâteau cambodgiennes merçi
@pharisse945 жыл бұрын
your recipe a bit confusing, it looks delicious but pls translate in English and proper measure of the ingredient...I think it is not right, 4 gm Glutinous Rice? 5 gm Sugar? 3gm Palm Sugar? and what about water????? I think, this is the right recipe 1 Kg Rice Flour 400 gm Glutinous Rice Flour 500 gm Sugar 300 gm Palm Sugar 800 ml water 1 egg
