have you ever asked yourself, how is nougat made? well in todays video, I will show you how nougat is made, this yummy candy is one of my personal favs, I added cranberries and almonds to mine, but the possibilities are endless, maybe orange peel and chocolate, or pistachio and white chocolate, let me know in the comment section below what flavour combination you would choose.
Ingredients:
90g honey
90g clear corn syrup
295g sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 egg white
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup almonds
