I thought if I looked I might find oats used on hair. I just watched a video of 18th century hair powder and sometimes they used flour. I think they used grains much more on their hair and body in the Bronze Age when they had long thick hair and cherished it. I'm getting into all the things that regrow your hair and make it thicker both from within and without. You could probably try an oat powder as a Finishing Touch for a powdered look if you wanted.

Stuff that I love for hair growth: rosemary cloves olive oil coconut oil castor oil flaxseeds (don't use that often because I think it can become toxic) chia seeds that's all! I hope you can use these too! they are so amazing! my hair has gotten thicker, stronger, and longer from these!
