These are fabulous! When touvsay scuba fabric, do you mean neoprene fabric; the aomewhat rubbery material?

Is there a way to glue pieces together instead of sewing? Also, how about glueing rhinestones on it. Will they stick to this material well? I’ve never worked with this fabric.

Hey, 🌞 Yes- you can hand gather prepared fabric strips and then glue them down on fabric base. (Use hot glue) 😊👍🏼 Yes- rhinestones will stick to scuba fabric. 😊👍🏼 Hope this is helpful. 🌞🌸✨

You can, but it will be thinner. Maybe gather more fabric to have thicker flower 🌸 😊👍🏼
