I followed your recipe but didn’t add the sugar because I thought the banana and the milk are sweet enough and am trying to cut down the sugar from my diet as much as I can. It was sweet enough though. Thank you from the delicious recipe. It was great. My family loved it even though it was my first time to do pancakes. ❤️❤️❤️

how long did you cook them? 2-3 minutes on each side? On what fire (low, medium, high) Thank s in advance.

I always mix the dry ingredients alone first, then add slowly the liquid ones. This way is easier to mix and no lumps left.

I'm making this recipe now, but instead of sugar i am using 1 scoop of Happy Way protein powder(banana flavour), which has Stevia leaf for plant based sweetness. I also added in half cup of oats and half an over ripe banana.

Thanks for the recipe! The first time my pancakes have tasted good! Because of the sugar comments i only added a tablespoon but my sweet tooth needed more I cooked on my gas hob at 2 & 1/2 for 1 min each side and they came out perfect

Wat can I do if I don’t have self rising flour. How can I make it come out fluffy?
@AdayFam2 жыл бұрын
How do you make plain flour into self-raising? Method: Add 2 tsp's of baking powder to each 150g/6oz of plain flour. Sift the flour and baking powder together before you use it to make sure it's all evenly distributed.

It was easy to make but they weren't as fluffy as yours, I think because I used all purpose flour instead of self-rising.
@TheSryn13 жыл бұрын
I used wheat flour- not fluffy either, but still nice.
