Pancake recipe:
2 cups all-purpose flour*
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Vegetable oil, for cooking
1. Mix together your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, combine: eggs milk and melted butter.
3. Then pour your wet into ur dry and combine well.
4. Heat up a skillet with some oil. Then pour in 1/4 cup of batter to make 1 pancake. Cook until there craters on the pancake then flip. Cook for 30-60 seconds.
*note: Once to flip it, it does not need to cook long
