Thank you for the invaluable information shared on this video. I have a small kotthu business which I started recently. The problem I'm facing is that when the paratha cools down it becomes very hard. But I've seen in other places that paratha us soft though it's not hot. I appreciate greatly if you could share some tips to prevent this issue....

Next time You cooked the paratha little high flame ..not the low heat ..when you cooke the low heat its become very dry ..
