How to make passport photo look GREAT?

Thank you for making this! I'm a videographer and my wife asked me to take her passport photo. Was wondering if I should use my 60" softbox or some of my smaller lights. Now I know the answer. BIG! Appreciate you. :)

Please make videos in english language or please provide sutitlein english; i really loved the way you potrait about passport photo; i would loved if you post a video with the detail of equipment you use for passpot photo along with a complete tutorial of editing the passport photo.
