Thank you Shemica for explaining to those that are not aware on how you measure your dry ingredients. I see many KZbin videos where they measure incorrectly.

When my mixer starts spitting out the flour I find if I stop my mixer and lift the beater up, I can stir in the flour with my spatula to incorporated all the flour before resuming with the mixer. This stops the mixer from spitting out my dry ingredients.

Hi loved your pound cake but I don't use cake flour can I use APF instead and can you tell me what temp you put your oven on and how long you baked it and one more thing how do you make the crum stuff

You can use APF, I suggest sifting it first. I baked it at 325 degrees for 1 hour. The crumble is included in the first part video the recipe/ingredients.
