How To Make Perfect Kheer Mohon Sweets Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp semolina
1 ½ tbsp water room temp
1 cup powdered milk
1 tbsp ap flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ghee
3-4 tbsp warm milk
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup sugar
3 cardamom
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
1. Soak semolina in water
2. In a large bowl, mix powdered milk, ap flour, baking powder, ghee and reserved soaked semolina
3. Add warm milk and mix until soft dough-like
4. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes
5. Create small balls and transfer to a pan with warm oil
6. Deep fry in low heat until brown then remove from heat and allow it to cool
7. Prepare syrup by boiling water sugar and cardamom
8. Toss in the fried balls into the syrup and cover with lid
9. Turn off the heat and soak for 2 hours
10. In separate pan, add ghee, milk, powdered milk, condensed milk and stir continuously on low heat
11. Remove from heat and create small flat sheets and wrap the fried sweet balls
12. Cut in half and add a drop of red food coloring in the center
13. Ready to Enjoy!
