One suggestion -- add the vegetables to the oggarane and cook them with closed lid. Boiling them with shavige and discarding the water is loss of nutrients. Nevertheless, looks delicious.

Thank you for your recipes. I also like the dialect of Kannada that you speak - hopefully I will learn Kannada soon! In this recipe, I have a suggestion. I feel that boiling the carrots and beans with the savige and throwing the water will lead to a loss of vitamins. Can you boil only the savige and drain the water? You can cook the carrots and beans by sauteing in oil and covering with the lid for a couple of minutes...
