Becky, amazing job on your channel. Very informative and easy to follow. My favorite part is how you can give that new subscriber like myself that warm fuzzy feeling like we are right there with you. I love a good scrambled egg! Can you elaborate on how much salt you used for the two eggs? Also ... you mentioned letting the salt and eggs sit for 10 minutes. DO you mix them together before the 10 minutes, or actually just let the salt sit in the one spot where you first put it? That would seem a bit odd to me, but it's sort of what you seem to be saying.
