Now this dish really looks yummy but I have a question to ask well a couple what can you use if you can't find the Persian line and did you take the lime out before you start mashing everything together and how would you eat this with you eat this with the flatbread or just as it is ?
@bobbyarya20157 жыл бұрын
You can get the dried limes from any middle eastern shop. Stab them and drop them in half way through the cooking as sometimes they do get a bit bitter. Yes you mash everything together.

The only problem in Persian cooking is getting all the ingredients, like dried limes.
@Human_2.0 Жыл бұрын
For people that don't know you only have to strain it if you want to be truly traditional but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Exactly! So many people think recipes are written in stone....if you don't follow them completely, then the kitchen gods will come and bang you on the head with a pan. A recipe is only a guide....follow it once, then make it your own from then on.
@YA-ee9zf7 жыл бұрын
in cooking there isn't any wrong or right way in making anything it depends on your taste and how you like your food for example italians never put ketchup on pizza while asians and middle eastern do all the time etc...
