It sound wonderfully aromatic. I wish I saved rose petals last summer, but it is now winter in the northern hemisphere. I'll make a note of this recipe and remember it next spring, when my roses first bloom.

You can buy rose petals in ethnic shops - you won't have to wait until next year. I will make this when my persian mother-in-law visits us next time ;) (at Christmas)
