Well when first starting out, you have to start small! I know so many people have this big idea for a game or even heck a clicker game! That's still too big! Stuff like that requires scripting, building, etc! The best thing to do is either work with someone else who has experience, or start small and never ever give up!

If you want to see how it will look in-game while in blender still, you can turn on Backface culling in viewport settings. You can only use it in solid mode though so you can't see the textures, just how the normals look.

Great video! but why didnt you use the modifier Solidify to make outlines? if you want to do it i can put the steps here 1. Add the modifier Solidify 2. Make a new material 3. Choose the material color 4. turn on Backface Culling 5. enable Flip Normals 6. And set material offset to the material ID done you have a very clean outline
