Can i use sindano rice to make pilau, or only basmati rice?

Hi Sophie, you can use any rice. You may only need to reduce the water a bit, so your rice will separate well, especially if you suspect your rice might be the kind that will hold together and not separate nicely. You could reduce by half cup to a full cup. Cooking it on that very low fire will course it to all cook well. I hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching! Hope that helps!
