Just finished making this and everyone was skeptical about it when I told them what it was. They changed their minds quickly after eating these yummy gyoza~! The praises were many~! I didn't have Italian sausage so I substitute it for beef, as well as added mushrooms and bacon. My brother said it needed more spice, but I think if I brown the beef with the bacon and spices next time then let cool so I can mix and add the filling, it will hold the favour and fix the problem. lol, but that's what happens when you play around with recipes. ^.^ Still amazing and I will sooooo be making this again.

Raphael is my fav turtle and here's why. - he's tough and strong (like my heart is big and bright) - he's sometimes funny(lol) - he doesn't want the world to be in darkness like me - the way he fights is amazing - despite most of his actions, he really cares a lot He really is a very powerful turtle facing the fact he has anger issues sometimes, but hey, I sometimes have those too. I feel like for this one you should have done pizzas with weird toppings like the Turtles used to have, like I think Michaelangelo's favourite was marshmallow or something like that... but this is good too, and probably more edible. Did this a two days ago. Did do a few changes with it, but it came out pretty good.
