When your soap is lye heavy that's what happens.

@@ataagh3197 You can use a hydrometer to check if your sodium hydroxide solution (lye) is lye heavy. Or if you don't have a hydrometer, you can prepare your lye solution by water to lye ratio of 3:1. If you are using water from the tap sometimes it can hinder your soap. Always use a purified water or rain or use water that do not make leather disappear like the way salt water( hard water) does. You can also check the personification values of all your oils you are using in your soap preparation. There are some PKO that's adulterated and it makes your soap misbehave. When you have a false trace it can also contribute to that. Soap making it's an art you learn as you progress. You can link up for me information

If you watch clear this video has been edited because making Azuma blow does not take longer period to harded...am sure something is added to make it hard which is kaolin.
