Nice. possible to add a reverse switch to a standard blower to use it to suck fine particles up and through rather than blowing? Would this clog the motor or work without a filter if just moving stuff out?

For epoxying things like the blower fan, try loading the mixed epoxy into a medicine syringe. You can get in all the tight spots with ease.

Nice build. You could have glues everything with PVC adhesive. Much stronger hold since it melts a layer of the PVC to fuse it.
