Graphcast only makes whole world predictions at fixed 6hr intervals at 0.25deg spatial resolution. You can choose to only look at specific outputs though, as this video does.

Hey, great video, but I have one question. How did you define location for graphcast and set it to Australia in your case.

I answered my own question. The forecast is made for the whole world, and the functions used for comparison specify what location points need to be retrieved for data comparison.
