Tried it today. It was super easy. I cut the chicken into big pieces and did the process. And lastly I quickly shallow fried the chicken in butter. Will surely save this recipe. Thank you 😊

2024 chechide ee dish kondu thanne.. Eppol prepare cheythe ullu. 11.43 pm 2023 Super ആയിരുന്നു കേട്ടോ.. അടിയിൽ വയ്ക്കാൻ hole ഉള്ള പാത്രം കിട്ടിയില്ല. So വെള്ളം കെട്ടി നിന്നത് ഒരു pblm ആയി.. But അതൊക്കെ ഞങ്ങൾ മാനേജ് ചെയ്തു.. ലാസ്റ്റ് ചിക്കെൻ അടിപൊളി ആയ്യി തന്നെ കിട്ടി.. Must try recipe. 😍

Keep on high flame for 5 minutes and then reduce to low and cook for 15 -20 minutes depending on the size of chicken

Keep the chicken in the pressure cook and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Then reduce to low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Chicken will be perfectly cooked from inside though the outer portion looks like it is not, brown the outer portion using a blow torch or under the grill or as shown in the video.

Put a foil paper on the sides of your burner. This step can be done in a broiler or grill too

It slightly gets burnt when you cook on high flame for 5 min. But when you reduce the flame after 5 min, chicken will release some water

Stopped halfway and cooked on oven... With out water, cooker started releasing smell of metal... Did you forget to tell about pouring water in the cooker or is it my bad????😮

No need to add water. Initial 5 minutes when you cook on high flame, you will get slight smell of burning ( which gives smoky flavor to chicken) but when you cook on low flame, you will notice lot of water at the bottom
