Thank you for posting this, Fr. Demetrios! I need all the help I can get because mine haven't been turning out so well. With all due respect, I am surprised you put sugar in it. We Greek Orthodox in the U.S. and in Greece that I know of have been told not to use sugar. I just assumed it was for everyone. Is this based upon what our priests request?
