Thank you as well. No pressure, sometimes self care comes before the fun stuff though. My ape skull thick and lessons are hard learned lol. 🙏

Great stuff, thanks for explaining your magic. Maybe the NE module is off the table for me but you reminded me that I need a good utility like that for switching between rhythms. My wallet is so blown out at this point is probably won't even notice another little something...

Very cool, I’ve been doing similar stuff w Monome teletype, which is a great alternative if u can’t afford a bunch of sequencers and utilities.

If I had the energy to learn to code I’d be ALL OVER the monome stuff, it’s all really cool. Thank you also!

@@GrantBoss it’s honestly a lot more musician friendly than it looks, I knew nothing abt computer science before getting it and picked up all the basics in a week or two. But if you want to get the most out of it quickly then yeah it takes a good bit of focus

about the patch, not sure if I'm understanding how it works, the point is you are triggering a pattern from the varigate that works as a "main sequencer" for all the drums right? the varigate is receiving clock from one channel of the integra that is receiving a clock signal from pams, so the integra works as a filter for the gate coming from pam and causing that irregular behaviour in the clock of the varigate and then you combine this mangling via CV the different modes of integra (trigger, gate & logic) in summary, you write a pattern for your drum modules on varigate and later you cheat the sequencer clock via integra, I'm missing something?

@@GrantBoss yeah man! that was me, in fact I've been revisiting this video again after messing with the vcmc, performer, pams and the analog four, so much to explore here!

I'm not very well acquainted with the Varigate (but looking at this it seems I need one ;) ) What kind of signals are coming out of it in this patch? Am I right in thinking it switches through a set of stored cv's that are reset every bar or so?
