How much of each seasoning on the pork chops?
@CookingwithKellyMichelle Жыл бұрын
Hi Daisy, thank you for checking out my video. I suggest seasoning is to taste. However, you can start with 1 tablespoon of each seasoning to start. You can adjust seasoning as you like. Hope this helps.

I’m gonna go ahead and try this recipe because they look so good and I pretty much have everything that it needs. However what do you mean by “ some “ of each seasoning? Is it a tablespoon of each or a cup of each? 😂😂😂 I can get carried away
@CookingwithKellyMichelle Жыл бұрын
Hey thank you for trusting me with your food 💖 I always suggest starting with 1 table spoon of each. With the sazon, start with two packets making sure when seasoning the pork chops turn orange. That means they’re fully coated with it. If you have any more questions you can leave a comment here or message me on Instagram at cookingwithkellymichelle🤍

So you said 7 to 10 minutes on each side. Is that for soft chuletas or crispy. I like my chalets soft. Thanks in advance. By the way, I got really hungry when I saw the rice with the chuletas.
@CookingwithKellyMichelle Жыл бұрын
Hi Ness. Thank you for checking my video out. I have the oil pretty high, so leaving the pork chops for 10 minutes. Will make it crispy. If you would like them on the softer side, I would suggest turning down the heat on the oil that way it won’t crisp up quickly. if you have an electric stove, I would put it between medium low heat. You would just have to let the oil heat up a little longer before placing the pork chops in it. If you have a gas stove, I would put the heat around 4. You just want to make sure that the pork chop is fully cooked. If you’re unsure, cut the meat a little bit and look inside. There should be no pink. Hope this helps. 😀

How did you clean your pork chops ? To avoid blood coming out during the cooking process
@CookingwithKellyMichelle2 жыл бұрын
Hello, Thank you for your watching my video and for your question. I just throw some white vinegar on the chops. However, even if you "clean" the chops, the blood will still be there. You're just cleaning the outside of the meat. Hope this helps :-)

I did it all wrong, thin chops instead of thick, veg oil instead of canola, all the dry spices in my cupboard are old, no time to let the chops marinate before frying. You know what? They turned out GREAT.Delicious! After they were done, I made home fries to go with, using the same oil. Also good. Subscribing.
