Yes I sell, I measure in 500gm and 1kg for sale. I am not measuring because I know the quantity that fits in for 1kg. If I put it on a scale it will measure exactly 1kg. I advise you use a scale to measure.

For this measurement I cannot say the quantity of water to add except you experiment and the flour brand you are using can be different too, some flour take more water while others take less.
