A tip: i use that lassi for bathing my baby hair and body and also sometimes i boil lassi and make dahi and that dahi i use for making kadhi!! I never throw that away in sink!! Try both tips its worth it

Madam Ji, After you made the butter ball, you should wash it in cold water by squeezing it several times to get rid of any milk content left on the butter. If there is any milk content left on the butter, the shelf life will reduce and also the taste changes.

We are lucky in the USA, we get Breakstone’s Whipped Butter (Makhan) It is so perfect for paratha and daal/sabji, no bitter or sour taste, comes salted and unsalted… unsalted is excellent for our Indian dishes.

You can get whipped butter here in Canada as well, Salted or unsalted. Way better than what we make at home with Whipping cream.
