Auntie ji, bahar rehnde hoye makhan kida banauna ehh te sikh hi leya, tuhadi awaaz vich jina tharamma hai, inne araam naal tusi samjhaya manno mere mummy minu sikha rhe hon. Utto tusi puraniya gallan jo kitiya ohh vi alag hi sukoon de rhiya ne, pind yaad aagya ikdum. Dekhan main sirf makhan da process aaya si, bilkul khush hoke challa whipped cream len. Aunti ji .... bahut he wadhiya tarike naal samjhaya tussi...hor bhi videos banao....aap achcha bana rahe ho...next video ...saro da saag banao....and m to panjabi hun but bht sare bande ithe h jinko punjabi nahi aandi...so hindi ya English me banao .... all the best 👍

Thank you for the video aunty. For how long does this makkhan stay if refrigerated? Please make more videos especially on traditional items like ghee, pickles etc.

not the same as makhan and not punjabi style. makhan is traditionally made from yoghurt and not just fat. it is fermented which gives it the unique flavour
