This looks so good, it looks so good that I am going to make it today. I just won’t be adding the red pepper flakes or peas & carrots (I’m out of red pepper flakes and not a fan of peas & carrots). But, I am looking forward to having it tonight for dinner with grilled chicken. I made basmati rice yesterday so that it would be nice and cold.

What kind of rice do you use? And what’s your secret of it being so grainy and not sticky?

Just boil the rice with the accurate amt of water. Keep adding as needed and don't put too much water from the beginning. I think the most important thing is the type of rice
