I love the idea of using the watercolor to give the quilling more life and depth. I'm going to try that on some leaves I just made that I would like the inside tips to be a bit darker. These Black Eyed Susans are now my next project! Thank you so much for the video's you do.

I'm guessing you mean using soft or chalk pastels for adding color? That can work on quilling made of tight coils like the ones on this crocus video 👉kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHqWmKtoZbKYerc Open coil shapes like these petals would get a little bent up with pastels.
