Excellent "how-to" video. I think that these interior views are important, not only for doing your own repairs, but also for a shopper to explore the tank before they buy it. I did the same with mine, and like you, I only had smoke coming out of one exhaust. I think that the wick or even some of the cotton may be diverting the smoke from the opening of the tube.

I put as many drops as you did in the video. I smelled a burning scent coming from the smoking box. I opened it and the cotton was burned. I then replaced the cotton with new cottons from my home and put 2 ml of smoking oil according to the instructions. After these I still smell the burning scent but once I opened the smoking box the cotton was soaked but was perfectly fine.

Such a helpful video! Both our challenger 2 and tiger one have this issue, the challenger 2 geez what a task accessing that smoke machine! 😅 not done tiger 1 yet though. After following this video I had black cotton wool soaked, tested before putting back together and worked great, screwed all back together and doesn’t smoke much again 🙈 but shall leave it a day and see how it works out! Thanks for great video!

from rockford IL. thanks. it very help full on what could be wrong and how to fix it. i went a step farther and checked my voltage and see if there was a open . but mine was just flooded with too much oil also. took some oil out put it back together . test ran it and i now have smoke. thanks. john

Thank you for this video. I like Taigen's method to add oil via a separate line inside the tank. But I had too much oil so will now clean it out and control the flow more carefully.

Hello, I hope this reaches you but I also have a Henglong tiger, The smoke machines need alot of time to exhaust off both sides if it’s old. I’ve fully replaced mines luckily since my original ones container was burnt and the cotton was burnt as well.

Just got a king tiger, barely smoked then no smoke at all. Put the 2ml in and tilted it but still nothing. Then I see online it's a major issue with these bloody tanks! Maybe the cotton wool is blocking the other pipe for the smoke to come out?

Hi bud sonds like to much oil in the box the cotton wool shouldnt be soaked in oil

Great video. I think you’re better off adding smoke oil directly into the top of the unit rather than into the exhaust and tipping the tank up etc.

Hi bud, look on youtube on wiring up the unit . Plus take photos of your tank wires first and label them just incase you get confused of the wires , i did mine be watching videos on doing it. But i cant remember what video i watched

Hi bud i only know about Heng Long smoke units maybe the same not sure. Make sure the cotton wool not flooded in smoke oil
