The resveratrol in red wine comes from the skin of grapes used to make wine. Because red wine is fermented with grape skins longer than white wine, red wine contains more resveratrol.
To make red mine you will need these material
1. grapes
2.sugar
3.water(no tap water)
4.cream of tartar
5.potasium meta bisulphate or sodium meta bisulphate
6.peptine enzyme
7. brewer's yeast
